Spotting between period?

For awhile now I hold noticed that between my period I will sometimes have a moment or two spotting-- a more rusty, lighter colored discharge that generally last for less than a year. Is this normal? Do I hold anything to worry almost?Spotting between period?
It's quite adjectives to get somewhat blood when you ovulate.
