Soreness around the outside of my belly button nouns?

Any ideas? It's on the right side, but I THINK kinda feel it on the left too.
There's no bruise, results, or anything.
I think I might know how to feel for a time bally-thing, but I'm not too sure if that's muscle or what-not.

see a doctor . you may have a growth, most feasible not serious. still see a doctor to be sure
this is what i have no affliction .you can push it in ,it will come stern.hope it helps.
