Skipping Rope? Is it a honourable exercise?

I had my toddler 6 months ago and according to my busy schedule the simply exercise I am comfortable doing is jumping rope. I would approaching to know if I skip rope for an hour, is it a good exercise? Also is it going to assistance reduce my after pregnency belly? I enjoy tried doing crunches. I can only do 100 a hours of daylight as my back where on earth I had Epidural starts hurting. And push for will be appreciated. thanksSkipping Rope? Is it a honourable exercise?
It's excellent cardio which system it will help you burn calories but as far as toning muscles you will see the results on the lower portion. Legs, butt and thighs. If your trying to tighten your tummy afterwards you have to not solely do cardio but also sit ups for the upper and lower portion of your abdomen.
hell yeah it's honest exercise. It's great cardio. If you tilt your hips forward a bit and do it, it'll tighten your stomach up as well.
Skipping is a great cardio exercise and will relief reduce excess cooking oil around the tummy. You would need some stamina to skip solidly for an hour! Crunches will tighten the muscles but cardio will cut back on any excess fat you might be carrying. I wouldn't attain too worried about it if you can do 100 crunches a daytime (I wish!)
