My friend told me situps are bad for your ovaries, and it could impair them. Is it true?Sit ups doomed to failure for ovaries?
no.it doesn't do anything except exercise the muscles above the ovaries.if you get a stomach twinge down above your pelvic bone then you probably should do a few smaller quantity situps .or if you're still nervous after you could just do crunches

i'm not sure if they are but to go and get a similar work out try laying on your final and lifting your legs and holding them above the floor about 10 inches and hold on to them in that position for just about a minute
it will work your stomack without the bending and you wont injury your final, neck and i spose ovaries

I've never heard of this. Maybe if you have a huge ovarian cyst or something . . . but then you wouldn't have a feeling like doing situps anyway. Nope, never hear of it.

Definitely not. It's actually righteous for your ovaries. Exercise gets your blood circulating and the blood brings needed oxygen to your undamaged body. However, if you are pregnant, the baby might not approaching the motion inside the womb when doing sit-ups. That's my answer.
