Alright, back contained by the day I be an amazing athlete in track and cross country. I won several national and state titles surrounded by highschool (distance running). I got a full funding to a school that be one of the leading distance programs contained by the nation. Once I arrived I was hurt for awhile and consequently continued running back to majority...This is my question. So, after a few months of training (NOT OVERTRAINED) I continued to a moment ago get worse and worse as the months as years go on... I don't think you can lose talent?? Their have to be a reason why I of late continued to get worse...worse worth running minutes slower then my freshman year of highschool and here I am at one of the top programs within the country, everyone else got faster? Help me digit out factors so I can run angelic again?
To rule out possibilities you guys might think:
Not anemia
ate thriving (no under intake or over eating)
stayed a healthy freight (didn't gain weight or lose substance from previous years)
not overtrainedSo...here it go???
well, very soon this only my view...maybe subconsciously, you lost interest contained by the sport...maybe you're more focused on other things while you run, or conceivably the other girls have trained differently or I don`t know even harder...i dont think that you enjoy lost talent, but maybe you only need to focus within on what you want to do...try meditating previously you run also...ALSO...maybe you have need of to up your practicing/training from high conservatory...ur up with da big dogs very soon...good luck, full speed ahead!
