Sharp groin throbbing after sex?

After me and my bf have sex at dark for the past couple of weeks, I catch a very sharp backache in my right groin. If I hoot, cough, or sneeze, I double over in aching cuz the tightness in my groin is so bleeding. It only last for about 10 minutes, but it never used to take place before. And it lone happens at darkness. Does anybody know wut this could be. I know i should go to the doc, so please, don't let somebody know me. I just want a few accurate answers that may help me out. thank you. I know it's not the sex position, cuz we do it impossible to tell apart way alot of the time. It could be an STD. It could also be from too much use of the nouns. Also, if you are on your side, you might be irritating your right groin because it might be absorbing most of the shock.
make an appointment next to your gyn for STD testing and an exam. other use a condom.
