Sharp discomfort...?

I've been have really sharp pains down there (inside vagina) I am going to the doctors tomorrow (maybe). But it hurts really unpromising and it is really random and happen whenever. Usually hurts the most when I move or sit down or stand up or walk.
What could it be?
I don't judge it's a UTI cause it doesn't hurt to pee and I don't hold to constantly go.Sharp discomfort...?
It might be an ovarian cyst. I have the same problem a few years hindmost. You shouldn't wait any longer and shift see a doctor just to create sure.
This sounds like PID, Pelvic Inflamitory desease. You hold to go contained by!! The main hand over away is that it hurts when you walk. GO SEE A DOCTOR
